Security Officer

For candidates going through our selection process for the first time it can be demanding however our recruitment staff is here to assist.

Phase One:

Submit a Resume which outlines your skills, training, and experience as it pertains to the security field. It is highly recommended to include a cover letter, professional licensing certificates, training certificates, professional references, and additional information which make you standout from other applicants.


Phase Two:

If selected you will be contacted by a recruiter to submit an online application. Once the application is reviewed and verified you will be scheduled for an interview at your local S3 Field Office.


Phase Three:

Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour for your Oral Board Interview. Please bring 2 forms of Government Issued ID and two copies of your resume.


Phase Four:

If selected you will receive a conditional offer of employment within 5-7 business days. Once the offer is accepted, orientation will be scheduled. All employment offers are considered conditional until drug screen results, criminal background, driving history, credit, and reference checks are successfully completed.


Phase Five:

Arrive at your local S3 Field Office for orientation and field training schedule.
